The Political Compass for the 2009 presidential elections represents a continuation of the project started by the European Institute for Participatory Democracy - Qvorum when the general elections took place in 2008.

The project is implemented with the technical support of RoWeb Development Company. The two teams combine the experience in civil society and in the web design being this way a step meant to contribute to the edification of the Romanian public life.

The application is developed in Asp.NET and Microsoft Sql Server and has a very complex algorithm in the backend that make statistical analyses and reports based on the users answers.
