However, we cannot fail\r\n    to note that considerable changes have occurred and that what we call\r\n    &#8220;normality&#8221; today is a slightly modified concept.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    However, if we were to describe in a few words what it meant for Roweb 2022,\r\n    we can say: <strong>growth<\/strong>,\r\n    <strong>involvement in the community<\/strong>, and\r\n    <strong>updating to the new trends<\/strong> on the market.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    In 2022, we celebrated 18 years since the brand has been on the market. As a\r\n    result, Roweb is a partner in the digital transformation of many companies\r\n    with an international profile.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    The team was joined by\r\n    <a href=\"\/blog\/interview-florian-stanila-roweb\/\">Florian Stanila<\/a> (who\r\n    became Partner in the meantime), who initially worked for 25 years in the\r\n    army and brought to Roweb the id=\"title2\">\r\n    Workplace: Back to the office &amp; new spaces for working, socializing, and\r\n    relaxing\r\n  <\/h2>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    The desire to communicate, socialize and meet face to face has made most of\r\n    our colleagues switch from <i>Work from Home<\/i> to hybrid or office work.\r\n    Moreover, in 2023, we estimate that over 75% of them will choose this way of\r\n    organizing work.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n  <figure class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.roweb.ro\/ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/cladiri-1024x538.png\" href=\"\/blog\/roweb-headquarters-expansion\/\">expand the headquarters in Pitesti<\/a>\r\n    by building two new floors (another 200 square meters).\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    Representing a mix between open space and well-defined spaces, these areas\r\n    will be used for working with larger teams of programmers, relaxing, and\r\n    socializing.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n  <h2 class=\"header-with-badget\" id=\"title3\">\r\n    We\u2019ve turned challenges into great opportunities, and projects into\r\n    partnerships thanks to the people on our team\r\n  <\/h2>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    Roweb is a strong and mature brand thanks to the people, their involvement,\r\n    and their loyalty. Thus, this year, we are proud to announce that we have\r\n    150+ employees in our team.&nbsp;&nbsp;\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n  <h2 class=\"header-with-badget\" id=\"title4\">Summer practice&nbsp;<\/h2>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    In 2021, for safety reasons, we had to organize the summer practice online.\r\n    Fortunately, in 2022, we had the opportunity to return to the &#8220;classic&#8221;\r\n    format, face-to-face. At the head office in Pitesti, we\r\n    carried out the first edition of the\r\n    <a href=\"\/blog\/developing-a-career-in-qa\/\">Quality Assurance internship<\/a>,\r\n    the testing part representing an essential activity for our company.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    \u201cThe summer practice was based on all the theoretical and practical\r\n    support that a student may need to put the first bricks in his career as a\r\n    junior QA tester. Thus, students had the opportunity to see how an actual\r\n    application looks and how we work and report. In other words, what testing\r\n    means as a process. We also taught them about Web Testing and Mobile Testing\r\n    (Android, iOS).\u201d said Madalina Ciomblea, QA Tech Lead.&nbsp;\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n  <h2 class=\"header-with-badget\" id=\"title5\">Internship<\/h2>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    The students who completed the summer practice moved on to the second stage:\r\n    the paid internship. Thus, they were involved in real projects where they\r\n    interacted with challenging tasks and became familiar with the Agile\r\n    methodology.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    After completing the internship, 80% of the graduates remained in our\r\n    company as part-time or full-time employees.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n  <figure class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.roweb.ro\/ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/internship-1024x538.png\" alt=\"Roweb's 2022 achievements\r\n  \" class=\"wp-image-6421 simple-no-border\">\r\n  <\/figure>\r\n  <p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n  <h2 class=\"header-with-badget\" id=\"title6\">\r\n    Increasing Roweb&#8217;s portfolio in 2022\r\n  <\/h2>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    <a href=\"\/portfolio\">Roweb&#8217;s portfolio<\/a> has diversified with new\r\n    international projects coming from clients concerned with digital\r\n    transformation who are oriented towards developing businesses with\r\n    potential. In addition, it is a project from the HR industry, a field in\r\n    which our team has extensive experience.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    At the moment, our dedicated teams are working on the development of\r\n    functionalities. Moreover, next year, we plan to carry out a case study to\r\n    show the impact of digitization on the business.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n  <h2 class=\"header-with-badget\" id=\"title7\">Tech &amp; Business events<\/h2>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    2022 was the year we resumed our presence at tech &amp; business events.\r\n    Thus, our business agenda included national events and high-level meetings\r\n    with essential names in the industry, such as:\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <ul class=\"blue-checkbox\">\r\n    <li>\r\n      <a href=\"\/blog\/roweb-participates-ecomteam-2022\/\">ecomTeam<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;\r\n    <\/li>\r\n    <li><a href=\"\/blog\/roweb-impressions-gpec-fall-edition\/\">GPeC<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\r\n    <li><a href=\"\/blog\/promoting-roweb-mwc\/\">MWC Barcelona<\/a>,<\/li>\r\n    <li>\r\n      <a href=\"\/blog\/swiss-it-forum-impressions-roweb-team\/\">Swiss IT Forum<\/a>,&nbsp;\r\n    <\/li>\r\n    <li><a href=\"\/blog\/roweb-mwc-las-vegas\/\">MWC Las Vegas<\/a><\/li>\r\n    <li><a href=\"\/blog\/gitex-global-2022-insights\/\">Gitex Global Dubai<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n  <\/ul>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    Participating in all these summits meant the perfect opportunity for us to\r\n    meet and exchange impressions with entrepreneurs concerned with digital\r\n    transformation, present our portfolio projects and find out the\r\n    international trends in technology and digitization.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <figure class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.roweb.ro\/ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/evenimente-1024x538.png\" alt=\"Roweb's 2022 achievements\r\n  \r\n  \" class=\"wp-image-6422 simple-no-border\">\r\n  <\/figure>\r\n  <p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n  <h2 class=\"header-with-badget\" id=\"title8\">Career events<\/h2>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    Beyond the tech, business, and e-commerce events, in 2022, we participated\r\n    in two job fairs. Thus, we have increased the Horeka end-to-end sales and delivery\r\n    solution dedicated to the owners of restaurants, hotels, guesthouses, and\r\n    catering companies.&nbsp;\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    In addition, we have added new functionalities and prepared packages to help\r\n    users offer their clients efficient and fast solutions.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    At the moment,\r\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/horeka.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Horeka by Roweb<\/a>\r\n    is used in over 30 cities in Romania.
