Thus, we are talking about an effervescent environment in\n    which software solutions have become a necessity for businesses in all\n    industries.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    However, in 2018 the context regarding digitalization was utterly different.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    As a result, when Bogdan Neagu, the owner of Seatbelt (a company in the\n    labor protection industry), decided to invest in digitalization, there was\n    no significant pressure in this direction on the market &#8211; which pleasantly\n    surprised us.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    Despite advancements in digital transformation in various industries such as\n    telecommunications, media and advertising, banking services, and e-commerce,\n    Romania has yet to fully embrace this change in businesses. This industry has often been criticized for its cumbersome\n    bureaucracy and overwhelming procedures.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    <i>\n      &#8220;Adapting to the new way of working &#8211; digitized &#8211; was not necessarily\n      simple. The change also created resistance for us, and we expected this\n      because it meant taking the employees out of their comfort and familiarity\n      zone.
