We have more than 140 people in our team located in 6 offices in Romania (3 in Pitesti, Craiova, Bucharest, Galati) and we are specialized in Web Development, E-commerce, Enterprise Application, Mobile development.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Customer Technical Support Analyst to join our team in Pitesti.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and accurate technical feedback to customers;
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem;
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues;
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers);
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via email or chat until they’ve solved a technical issue;
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports;
  • Maintain good relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support, Desktop Support Engineer or IT Help Desk Technician;
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal;
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products;
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues;
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
