The technologies that we used were PHP, CodeIgniter, Python, MongoDB and MySQL. The main challenge that came up during the development stage was the Twitter Keyword Stats function, which needed to process multiple simultaneous requests. For this purpose, our expert wrote part of the application in Python, enabling request processing for multiple keywords at the same time.
A complex notification system was implemented, based on Mandrill, a transactional email API for MailChimp. With a professional workflow for sending and managing the customers' email notifications, this made the platform a complete solution for digital marketing.
