REAL ESTATE CRM is an advanced, user friendly and powerful CRM software especially designed for real estate
market. It's the dream come truth for a real estate agent giving the possibility to manage estates, contacts,
contact search criteria, calendar linked with contacts and estates, websites, document management, perform
automatic matching for potential buyers or tenants and automatic posting to major media.
Very detailed information can be stored on estates along with pictures and history of actions like visits with
customers, advertisement on media and more. One mouse click and estates are published on agency's website,
advertised on real estate portals or included in documents, brochures, posters, reports or contracts. Updates
in the system are automatically reflected on website and sent to real estate portals to which the property is
being advertised.
The documents management system allows the user to define brochures, contracts, posters, edit before printing
or sending on email. Estates can be included in these documents and the list of contacts to which are being
sent it selected from the contacts stored in the system.

REAL ESTATE CRM is built using a SOA (Service
Oriented Architecture) approach using the newest
set of Microsoft technologies: WCF (Windows Communication
Foundation), WPF (Windows Presentation
Forms) and WWF (Windows Workflow Foundation)
Data stored in a SQL2005 server is exposed through
secured web services built using WCF. Windows
Communication Foundation provides secure,
reliable, and transacted messaging along with
interoperability. The service-oriented programming
model of Windows Communication Foundation is
built on the Microsoft .NET Framework and simplifies
development of connected systems. Windows
Workflow Foundation is used on the server side for
the long running processing such as automating
matching.
The front end is built using WPF (Windows Presentation
Forms) and MCV (Model View Controller) to
provide a very user friendly, responsive and intelligent
interface. WPF is a component of Microsoft
.NET Framework 3.5, designed for the nextgeneration
of Windows user experiences.
