We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and well-organized Project Manager to join our growing team in Pitesti (on-site).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage software development projects from concept to delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, UI/UX, business stakeholders)
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum practices)
- Communicate effectively with clients, gather requirements, and ensure project goals are met
- Identify and manage risks, changes, and project issues
- Ensure quality standards and project documentation are met throughout the lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in English – written and spoken
- Availability to work on-site from our office in Pitesti
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce platforms or projects
- Background or understanding of web and mobile application development
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
- Technical background or education in Computer Science or a related field
