1. THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DATA PROCESSING

2. TYPES OF COLLECTED DATA AND THEIR PROCESSING
We previously inform you that pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the „Regulation”), the processing of personal data means a series of operations such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing, disseminating or otherwise making available, aligning or combining, restricting, deleting or destroying such data.
ROWEB may collect the personal data provided by you, such as: surname, first name, gender, date and place of birth, citizenship, address, residence, telephone/fax, e-mail address, the position held in companies with which we develop contractual relationships. The collected data will be processed by storing them in the company's protected database and used for the purposes set out in the next section.
ROWEB may also process the personal data submitted for the same purpose by third parties, who are the controller and determine the purpose and means of their processing or obtain them from public sources such as Trade Register database or operators specialized in providing similar information.
3. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The personal data will be processed according to the following legal provisions:
- article 6.1. para. a) of Regulation if the processing is operated based on your consent;
- article 6.1. para. b) of Regulation if the processing is necessary for conclusion/performance of an agreement with you or the company you represent;
- article 6.1. para. c) of Regulation if the processing of your data is mandatory for fulfilling a legal obligation;
- article 6.1. para. f) of Regulation if the processing is performed for a legitimate interest of our company.
For example, the personal data of the data subject will be processed for the following purposes:
- Preparing to conclude a contract with the company you represent or within which you activate; the conclusion and execution of such contract;
- Electronic or telephone conversations, as appropriate, on the contractual relationship between ROWEB and your company;
- Submitting offers for ROWEB services; their content will be personalized according to the client’s interest;
- Receiving and submitting answers to customers' questions or complaints;
- Managing and issuing documents related to the execution of a contract, such as invoices;
- Managing the sending of promotional information, latest news and personalized information according to the client company’s profile;
- Management of WI-FI services from our quarter;
- Withdrawal of your consent for processing the personal data will not affect the performance of the contract concluded between the company in which you activate and ROWEB.
The refusal for providing necessary data in order to conclude or perform the contract between ROWEB and the company in which you activate will lead to the inability to conclude the contract.
4. THE TERM FOR RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
ROWEB will retain the personal data only for a reasonable necessary period of time, considering the duration of the contractual relationship or its consequences after termination.
This means that it may retain the personal data for a reasonable period, even after the data subject has no longer been active in the client company or has terminated the contractual relationship with the latter. After this period, the personal data will be deleted, except for those saved for damage restoration. In the latter case, the data will be deleted if the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are overridden.
However, the contracts, invoices and other accounting documents will be kept for a period of time on the basis of legitimate interest of the company to keep track of and substantiate the content of legal relationships with its contractual partners.
5. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data gathered may be transferred/communicated to the following recipients:
- Affiliated companies from ROWEB group or independent subcontractors;
- Public institutions, if they so request, in accordance with the tax, labor, social security or other applicable regulations.
The company may also receive data from other persons in order to perform a project, who declare that, as controllers, they have previously obtained the approval of data subject to transfer such data.
In any case, the third parties, with whom certain personal data are shared, will first prove the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures for the proper protection of their data.
6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
ROWEB data base is protected through information protection techniques, such as firewall and access control procedures, all these for avoiding unauthorized access to data and to guarantee their confidentiality.
We inform you that we have taken all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and integrity of the personal data we process, as well as to prevent losing, modifying and / or unauthorized access.
7. COOKIE AND SOCIAL MEDIA
Please be informed that we use cookies on our site. These are small files that your browser creates automatically and are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smart phone, etc.) when you visit our website. Cookies do not harm your device, do not contain viruses or other malicious programs. The information is stored according to the specific device used for our site.
