Roweb, part of Sirma Group, present at Sirma’s historic debut on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

The dual listing strengthens the group’s position on European capital markets and opens a new stage of growth

Yesterday, Sirma Group Holding AD officially marked its debut on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with the opening bell ceremony, completing its dual listing alongside the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. Roweb, a Romanian software development company and part of Sirma Group, was represented in Frankfurt by Roweb’s Co-Founders, Viorel Costea, CEO, and Mirel Ionescu, Managing Partner.

This milestone marks a strategic step for the entire group, strengthening its position as a European technology player with international visibility and expanded access to institutional investors. For Roweb, integration into a group listed on two major European exchanges confirms its organizational maturity and alignment with high standards of governance and transparency.

Founded in 1992, Sirma has been developing intelligent software solutions for over three decades, serving organizations in highly regulated industries. As a European technology group, it delivers enterprise solutions with a strong and consistent focus on artificial intelligence applied to critical business processes across banking, insurance, healthcare, travel and hospitality, transportation and logistics, retail, and the public sector.

Through its enterprise AI platform, Sirma combines deep industry expertise with proprietary technologies, complex enterprise systems, and advanced analytics and automation capabilities, supporting digital, operational, and decision-making transformation for organizations.

Listed in Sofia since 2015, the company has now expanded its presence to one of Europe’s leading financial markets. Representatives of Deutsche Börse and the Bulgarian Stock Exchange underlined that this dual listing reflects the growing integration of European capital markets and creates new opportunities for companies in the region.

Tsvetan Alexiev, CEO of Sirma Group Holding, stated that the listing in Frankfurt represents a strategic step into a mature European financial center, providing access to technology-focused institutional investors and a broader analyst base, particularly across the DACH region and Western Europe.

Sirma enters the Frankfurt market as an established European technology group with more than 800 employees. In 2025, the company generated consolidated revenues of approximately EUR 66 million, with 43% recurring revenue. As of late January 2026, the company’s market capitalization stood at around EUR 77 million, and the share price recorded a 94% increase in 2025, with momentum continuing into early 2026.

For Roweb, participation in the Frankfurt ceremony confirms its active role in the group’s development and its positioning as a relevant technology partner within a European ecosystem listed on international capital markets.
